We’ve just had our shutters installed by Michael, Brad and the team at BFRS and what an awesome team they are!! From initial contact all the way through to completion of the install all staff were helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. The install happened over a few days and the team left the house and surrounds clean and organised throughout the process. I had bushfire shutters installed in our house as part of a renovation. The guys at Bushfire Roller Shutters are the best in the business! They're professional, dependable, and reasonably priced. I had an issue with a shutter (of my own doing) a few months after installation, and Michael took time out to walk me through it and fix the issue very quickly. Post-sales support is what makes or breaks a brand's reputation in my view, and these guys always turn up!

Michael and Brad are fantastic. We are in an BAL FZ rating area and the process from thinking about the DA and then realising we needed shutters to having everything completed took about 2 years. Our shutters where installed around 6 months ago and I'm very happy with them. Our house is on sloping ground and faces West so we use the shutters on a hot day to stop the sun coming through the single glazed windows and they work really well at keeping the temperature of the house lower. Through the whole 2 years process Michael and Brad where excellent. They allowed me to go to the factory and look at the product before I choose to go with them which was great. I also can't fault the process post quoting all the way to completed installation.

We had Mike and his team install shutters about 18months ago. The product is brilliant. We did however had an issue today with a large shutter. Mike, despite his heavy Xmas schedule, found time to come out today and fix the problem. We use this particular shutter all the time to minimise heat into our lounge room which works really well ( today is 37 degrees). Point being, the after sales service of Bush Fire Roller Shutters is excellent. So, great product, great service, local company. Well done.

From the first interaction with Fiona through to dealing with Michael who answered all my questions and worked on the install, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Bushfire Roller Shutters.The shutters were compulsory after receiving a BAL-FZ rating for my extension, and my 11 x Heroel shutters not only tick that compliance box but also look great, and are fully functional - I LITERALLY use them every day and am very happy with the shutters and my experience with the team. The shutters themselves are a truly impressive sturdy metal product and not only provide the required fire protection, but also security, thermal insulation, privacy, light and noise control. I opted for wifi control and they are now integrated seamlessly into my smart home.I am even more thankful to the Bushfire Roller Shutters team (especially Fiona and Michael) as they were so helpful during a difficult time for me. My builder had selected a FABRIC ‘curtain’ to meet my BAL-FZ requirements and on doing my own research realised this fabric was designed to control smoke inside commercial buildings, and the CURTAIN was a single use product, with ZERO radiant heat protection at a significantly higher cost of the high quality Heroel SHUTTERS that I now use daily! The FABRIC CURTAIN was not UV stabilised so could not even be closed for shade or privacy without ruining the fabric and voiding warranty! My advice is to do your own research, don’t accept a product just because the builder/architect/certifier says it’s ok!!! It’s your money and your home so do your due diligence!A HUGE THANK YOU to the team for ensuring a high quality product is available at a competitive price for those of us given a BAL-FZ rating.*** update to add, due to user error I managed to break one of my shutters before Christmas (100% my fault - I forgot I had left an wind-out/awning window open and had the shutters set up to automatically close at sunset - which is a great feature on the app by the way) - the after sales service was outstanding and the team came and fixed up my shutter quickly and without fuss despite being a super busy time of year - thanks again to Michael and Brad!!!!
